The Burgmann Aluminium FW 50+ BF fire-resistant façade system is fully tested in accordance with EN standards and delivers up to 30 minutes of dependable fire resistance in both vertical façades and roof applications. It effectively protects building envelopes and interior spaces from fire risks while meeting the requirements of fire resistance classes EI30 and EW30.

This multi-functional aluminium façade system is visually indistinguishable from a standard façade, offering architects and specifiers enhanced design freedom with large-format elements. Seamless integration with non-fire-rated façades and a segmented construction concept ensure a consistent and harmonious façade appearance, all with a slim 50 mm profile face width.

The fire protection performance can be extended through compatibility with fire-rated doors, fire-resistant windows, and fire-resistant triple glazing. Thermal insulation levels can also be optimised by incorporating enhanced fire protection boards, supporting both safety and energy efficiency.

An additional advantage of the system is its suitability for vertical façade applications, supported by CE marking in accordance with EN 13830. Country-specific approvals are also available for skylight and roof glazing applications, ensuring compliance across a wide range of projects.
